Apple Cucumber Smoothie

It's green, it's healthy, it's low in calories and it's so good! Our Apple cucumber Smoothie is the perfect choice if you want to stay healthy.

Ingredients

3/4 cupCoconut water or water
2Green apples, cored and quartered
1/4 English cucumber, chopped
1/2 bunchFlat leaf parsley, leaves only, chopped
1 slice pieceGinger, 1 inch thick
Medium lemon, peeled and seeded
1 cupIce cubes

 

Directions

Step 1

Put all the ingredients in a high-quality blender, starting with the liquids. Blend until all ingredients are smooth.
Alternative: If you don't like it pulpy, run the mixture through a mesh sieve.

Step 2

Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses with ice.

Step 3

Enjoy!
